Not only do Durcan Services provide design and installation of your emergency lighting, we also offer serving and maintence packages. We ensure that your emergency lighting system is always up-to-date, fully working and any repairs which are required we will always follow regulations and check every little detail.

Your emergency lighting system has been installed to protect you and your building. Everyone depends on this system functioning properly in the event of a power failure and enabling safe and timely evacuation. You have a legal obligation to ensure that this emergency lighting system is in good working order and adheres to current regulatory standards.

Durcan Services will make servicing your system an effortless legal obligation for you. Our trained nationwide engineers will carry out your servicing in accordance with BS5266-1:2016 and offer you a cost effective way to ensure your lights will activate if needed, giving you peace of mind.

We can provide you with routine annual testing & servicing and offer an emergency 24-hour response call-out service.

EML Test Certification
We will provide you with all the relevant legal documentation you need to show you fire alarm system has been serviced.

Emergency Lighting Servicing Prices

We offer simple and clear pricing for the routine servicing of your emergencylighting system as well as any corrective actions required.

Please Note: An hourly rate of £25.00 ex VAT will be charged for any additional work carried out.

Emergency Call Out Attendance

We offer an out of hours emergency helpline, if your lighting system develops a fault between 18:00 - 08:00 please call our freephone number found on your service sticker or paperwork. The engineer will assist over the phone to try and rectify the problem.

If the engineer is unable to solve an issue over the phone then the office will make arrangements for an engineer to attend within 24 hours.
