Fire Alarm Servicing

Durcan Services will make servicing your fire alarm panel an effortless legal obligation for you. Our trained nationwide engineers will carry out your servicing in accordance with BS5839-1:2013 and offer you a cost effective way to ensure your sounders will activate if needed, giving you peace of mind.

All Fire alarm and detection systems should be serviced by a competent person or company, in the Government guide books on the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, It strongly recommends that your fire alarm should be maintained to BS5839-1 or 6 and that it should be maintaind as a minnimum or every six months. However this could be more frequently if your site is classes as a high risk building or you have the possibility of vandalism etc of your fire system.

Fire Alarm Servicing Cost

We offer simple and clear pricing for the routine servicing of your fire alarm system as well as any corrective actions required. These rates are indicative costs for servicing within the PE, CB, MK, LU, HA, NG, SG, N, NW, AL, E, BR, SE, LE post code area's only.

Please Note: A rate of £35.00 ex VAT per additional half hour will be charged for any additional work carried out. Jobs may be subject to additional travel costs for work outside of our usual location
